All class payments must be made in full at time of booking.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

I am committed to providing you with the best learning experience possible. However, I understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust your plans. Please review the refund policy for my continuing education course:

  1. If Class Is Canceled by Instructor

If, for any reason, I must cancel or reschedule the class, you will receive a full refund of your tuition. I am not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

  2. Withdrawals by Attendee

Due to the exclusivity of the class, please note that I do not offer direct refunds for course cancellations by attendee. Instead, I offer the flexibility of transferring your enrollment to another course by applying your payment as a credit toward a future class. This credit can be used within one year of the original course date, allowing you plenty of time to attend a future session at your convenience.

  3. No-Shows

If you do not show up to the course and have not provided prior notice, the class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  4. Exceptions

If you face an exceptional circumstance (such as a medical emergency or personal crisis), please reach out directly. I’m happy to discuss potential accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Why don’t you offer a cashback option?

As a small, one-woman business, I offer credits instead of cash refunds to help ensure my classes run smoothly. Since my classes are compact, any cancellations can create challenges, from additional work to potentially impacting the availability of the location and space for other students. I truly understand that life happens, and I hope the credit provides the flexibility for you to join us at a later time when it's more convenient.

Can I reschedule my class if I can’t attend?

Yes, rescheduling is possible if you notify me in advance. Please note that availability depends on class size and space. I encourage you to contact me as soon as you know you may need to reschedule so we can find a solution that works.

What is your late arrival policy?

As stated by the NCBTMB regarding attendance:

  • Students must attend the full class to get credit. If a student misses no more than 15 minutes of class (not including scheduled breaks), they may receive full credit.

To maintain a respectful and professional learning environment, students are expected to behave in a manner that fosters mutual respect. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Students who violate this policy may be asked to leave the course without refund or credit.
